Day #27 Random Drawing

So I made my first screen cast last night. It was actually of today’s drawing as a matter of fact. Surprisingly, It’s not hard at all to do xD! I’ll be doing them more often in the future ^^. You can find one of my drawing videos over at youtube. I had so much fun making the first one that I made 2 more after that xD

On a side note, today has been really frustrating so far, so I’m gonna vent through this blog >_<. Okay so there’s good news and bad news. The good news is the amount of visitors to i 365 art within the first month has reached nearly 800 in this month alone. This is really awesome! I’m super happy that my art work is getting out there and people are seeing it ^^.

Now, for the bad news…It’s very possible that in the near future, I will be forced to change hosts due to the increasing traffic the blog has received. I am a little frustrated about this because, well frankly, I don’t feel like transferring/upgrading xD!

I didn’t think the blog was gonna see this many visitors so soon, so this means I will soon be forced to fork out like $80+ every 2 years for a dedicated host :s. Whatever, I’ll live I guess x.x. This means that the site will be down for about 24 hours next month or in march while I transfer all of the art work and content over to the new host. I should be celebrating but…meh.

Anyway, be sure to check back tomorrow for another new drawing :3.

Day #11 Cat Girl

Decided to sorta take it easy this weekend and go with something simple. Made this cat girl drawing way early this morning. I wanted to make something bright, happy and frilly this time around.

One thing that I’ve begun to notice since I began posting art on this blog is that my style seems to be evolving in to more of an anime-style. This isn’t done on purpose, I guess I’ve just had a lot of anime inspiration lately, oddly enough. I haven’t touched a single anime or video game in a few weeks so I have no idea xD.

In other news, I’m still developing this blog and its categories. I’ve added a Link section for anyone who is interested in linking back to I 365 Art. Anyone who is interested in purchasing art or buying a commission. This blog is still very new but I’m surprised that people are finding it already. Thanks everyone for stopping by to take a look at the contents of this blog! Feel free to leave comments as well :).

Day #5 Circus Attraction Draft

As you already knew, I was at a party the previous night and didn’t get home until around 4pm today. However, I did manage to make a draft of a picture that I will complete by tomorrow. I thought you’d like to see what i’ve at least created so far.

I think my non-colored drawings have always looked kind of icky for some reason. Maybe its just the lack of detail or something, I can’t quite pin point it exactly, but there is a reason for why I opt to color everything I make xD!

Can’t wait to present a colored version soon!
