Remember the headhunter character I sketched a while back? Here she is again, except she’s in color today. I dug this up from the July posts and decided to finish it up today. It has no background for right now, as I can’t really think of what to put. :s I did make sure that I included bright and vibrant colors as well as bold greens for the leaves. I was debating on what color I should make her head dress. It was red in the beginning and then I turned it blue in the end. I didn’t want it to look too much like hair either (her hair is under the headdress xD!)

I’m quite pleased with this! Thanks to everyone who replied to my post yesterday ^^. Your replies really made my day. :3

]]> female hunterI started working on this sketch yesterday, right after I posted the one about Jake. I’m not in the best of moods today because i’m going through a bit of a dilemma at the moment. I’m at a point where I feel like some of the people closest to me have a hard time interpreting what I have to say. I feel like it just goes in one ear and out the other. Don’t you just hate that? x.x

Anyway, I don’t really feel like dwelling on my problems today, so I’ll say a little bit about this sketch. It was originally supposed to be a sapling-like character in the beginning. That explains the giant leaves and such. But then it started leaning more along the lines of a head hunter. I honestly don’t know when i’ll find the time to color this in, hopefully sometime this week. I’m a little caught up in work/preparing for fall quarter in college. :s
