As you can see, today’s drawing is that of a breakfast omelette. This is because I am working on different objects to add to the shop, a breakfast theme was the first category I thought of at the time. xD No idea why. Once I finish with the breakfast department, I will move over to another theme (fantasy objects hopefully!)

I decided to draw a picture of some boba tea to show my love for the stuff xD. This was a quick sketch that I made early this morning, hence the slight sloppiness of the drawing :S. Either way, this drawing only maximized my endless want for chai iced tea xD.

On a side note, tomorrow is going to be a busy day. The boyfriend and I are going to view more apartments tomorrow in hopes of being able to find something that suits our needs. Since my boyfriend uses a wheelchair, we have had to take a lot of things in to consideration, such as the size of the front door, whether or not an apartment has steps and whether or not the apartment is spacious enough. Let’s hope we find a golden ticket tomorrow. Wish us luck! :3

Anyway, I decided to base today’s art around food, breakfast in particularly. I can never quite understand why on Earth I like drawing food so much :s? I’ve just always been a food person since as far back as I can remember. I also like to cook if you didn’t know.

These were just some quick sketches I created while watching the news early this morning. I didn’t really include much detail in the drawings but I did have fun going over them in color this afternoon. I was thinking of making Kawaii breakfast (draw cute faces on them. Why on Earth do people do that? The food would be too cute to eat xD!)

The reason why the focal point of today’s drawings is on breakfast is because it’s the one meal I rarely ever miss. On most days, I usually have a big breakfast, I usually don’t have lunch unless I’m meeting with friends/family. Otherwise, I don’t have time for lunch most of the time.For dinner, I cram in all of my veggies big time!

But anyway, I don’t want to make this a post about the foods that I eat through-out the day xD. I’ll give you a bit

more of a back story on these drawings. Since I go to conventions a lot, I tend to eat at Denny’s or Ihop the most since they are the cheapest and most available places to go to at an anime convention. If you ask other cosplayers and con goers in California, they’ll probably say the same thing! I’m not really sure what the customs in other states/countries are, but Ihop and Denny’s are considered con food here xD.

That and I truly believe that breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. I can run well all day if I eat something in the morning. Lunch is not as important for me as breakfast (I snack throughout the day. Not sure how healthy this is…) I’ve also been hearing for years that girls who eat breakfast in the morning tend to lose and keep weight off easier. I can vouch for this personally! I’ve never had any weight problems.

If you haven’t noticed this, I am beginning to post more than one drawing every day now and am somewhat having a blast doing this. I think this is a great idea because it’s a great way of letting you guys know what’s on my mind for the day. I’d like to eventually write little blog stories everyday using my daily drawings as well. I hope you guys enjoyed this! See you tomorrow :3!

I don’t know. Not only do I think sushi is very delicious, but I just like the appearance of the stuff xD. Each type of roll comes in a different shape, size, color and flavor. I was raised in a family where sushi was rarely ever served. I was the only sibling in my family who was fond of seafood, more specifically raw seafood.

I can’t wait to start coloring this sketch. I’m very pleased with how the sketch turned out. I’m rarely ever pleased with sketches but hey. It’s sushi! :3

Maybe since it’s summer, I should do something along those lines? Or maybe draw things not related to summer at all? Like maybe I can post clothing designs or something? Or nature animals? No idea xD! I won’t be around this weekend to really think about what kind of art I should be posting on the blog next week, I’ll probably just get spontaneous and make drawings on the first theme that comes to my mind (like always!)

I’m totally craving some pancakes right now by the way x.x. Food cravings ftw! Also, I just wanted to mention that I have a commissions page on this site for anyone interested in having a simple commission completed. I rarely ever advertise my commissions page but I think it’s high time I do :).

I like how in real pictures, they place objects on the side, like veggies. I placed two small carrots next to the bowl to make it look a bit more festive. Plus I drew in some red napkins below the bowl. Although this is a simple drawing, It’s definitely not bland or empty :3. I don’t necessarily like making illustrations with blank backgrounds but in my opinion, this actually turned out not bad for not having a background behind it xD.

I literally woke up in the morning and sketched this up. Right after, I got to working on homework. I can’t wait for the summer, I really can’t :s. I have like no time for anything with my current schedule. It really stinks :S.

I wanna start including more detailed art work on the blog. Not just that but I am seriously learning everything I wanted to learn about Photoshop as well. Ever since I started this blog, I have been making progress on my art skills ever since. It’s amazing really!
