It’s probably a bit unclear what’s going on in the story right now, even if you’ve kept up with it recently. It’s a bit of a turning point in the story that I’m a bit excited about working on, considering I’ve been working on this for a number of years (about 3!) I still can’t quite say when the comic will end but it is about 70% finished for sure! The good parts will be coming up soon :3.

I’m feeling a lot better today since I sort of took it easy. I went to dinner with my dad this evening for Father’s day which was awesome :3. It was nice to not have to work too much today. 😀

I’ve been talking with my boyfriend today about the possibility of me discontinuing my commissions service. I’ve had very little time for myself since I started it and it’s just beginning to take a serious toll on me. I thought it would have been a good idea because I’m a college student always in need of extra money for classes and books. But I kind of want my life back I guess.

I will continue to do drawing commissions until I can find another means for paying my bills and college tuition. The job market is a little busted over here, but I am willing to work almost any job right now xD.

It’s not colored and I really don’t know what time i’ll have to color it really, since i’ll be out all weekend until Monday.

I drew a picture of a bunch of tulips standing up in the sun filled grass. I don’t know what it is, but something about tulips fascinate me. It might be because of the way they open up. Not sure xD! I was going to draw some sunflowers and dandelions in the picture as well but when I tried to, they just didn’t fit right I guess :x.

This took a little over an hour to make. This includes the drawing process and the digital painting in Photoshop. Other than that, have a happy first day of May everyone! 😀

Anyway, today is Monday and I have a very busy week ahead of me. Summer is on its way and I have to get through my classes with acceptable grades. I don’t feel like repeating classes (that’s never fun!) I bit off a lot more than I can chew in my life right now.

Sometimes, I wish I could freeze time for a couple weeks so I can catch up on things xD you know?
